Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing CLHWebSecurity.com for your WordPress security plugins and website scanning services. We stand behind the quality of our products and services. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully.

1. Digital Products (WordPress Plugins)

All plugin purchases are digital downloads and considered final.
We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase** only if:
- The plugin fails to function as advertised, and
- Our technical team is unable to resolve the issue after your support request.

Refunds will not be granted if:

You simply change your mind.
You purchased the plugin without reading its features or limitations.
The plugin is incompatible with outdated WordPress, PHP, or third-party themes/plugins.
You request additional features or customizations beyond what is advertised.

2. License Misuse

One license is valid for one domain only.
If our system or team detects license sharing, piracy, or unauthorized use, your license will be revoked immediately.
No refund will be issued in case of license misuse.

3. Website Scanning & Security Audit Services

Our web scanning and security audit services (including WPScan reports, siege testing, and penetration audits) are professional, manually performed, and time-intensive. Therefore:

No refunds are provided once the scan or audit has started.
If you cancel before scanning begins, a partial refund (up to 70%) may be granted at our discretion.
Reports are customized per site and non-transferable.
It is your responsibility to obtain permission from your hosting provider before any penetration or stress testing. We are not liable for service disruptions due to lack of permission.

4. Cancellation Policy

For web scanning services, cancellation requests must be emailed to support@clhwebsecurity.com before the scheduled scan time.

You may cancel a plugin order within 24 hours only if the download has not been initiated.
