Affiliate Commission & Payout Policy
We welcome ethical marketers and creators to join the CLH Web Security Affiliate Program. Below are the details regarding commission structure, currency handling, and payment methods.
🔹 1. Commission Structure
- Affiliates earn a fixed commission of 10% ( change time to time) per successful sale through their referral link.
- Commissions apply to plugin sales
- A 14-day validation period applies to all commissions (to allow for refund window).
🔹 2. Currency Conversion Policy
We accept international customers in any currency, but:
- All affiliate commissions are calculated in USD, regardless of customer’s local currency.
- Indian affiliates will receive their commissions in INR, based on the current USD→INR mid-market exchange rate (as per Google Finance or Wise.com).
- International affiliates will receive commissions in USD or may their local currency, converted from USD using reliable market rates.
Example:
If a plugin sells for $60 USD:
– Indian affiliate receives INR equivalent of X% of $60.
– UK affiliate receives GBP equivalent of X% of $60.
🔹 3. Payout Methods
We offer the following payout options:

- Payouts are processed monthly, within the first 10 to 15 days of each month.
🔹 4. Taxes & Responsibility
- Indian affiliates may be required to provide PAN or GST details if applicable.
- International affiliates are responsible for any local tax or compliance requirements in their country.
🔹 5. Abuse & Termination
We reserve the right to withhold commissions and terminate accounts in case of:
- Fake or self-referrals
- Coupon abuse
- Spamming or misleading promotion
- Refunds or chargebacks from referred purchases
🔹 6. Payment Details & Disclaimer
- It is the affiliate’s responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date payment details (such as UPI ID, PayPal email, bank account number, or Wise account info).
- We will not be liable for any failed or misdirected payments due to incorrect details submitted by the affiliate.
- If a payout fails due to invalid or outdated payment information, the payout will be held until corrected details are provided — subject to reprocessing timelines and possible transfer fees.
👉 By joining the CLH Web Security Affiliate Program, you agree that:
“CLHWebSecurity.com and its owner(s) are not liable for missed, delayed, or failed payments arising from inaccurate or incomplete payout information submitted by the affiliate.”
7. Payout Charges & Net Payment
- All affiliate commissions are issued as a fixed amount in USD or INR as determined by CLH Web Security (e.g., $10 or ₹800).
- This amount is the total payable from our side — we are not responsible for any third-party transaction charges, currency conversion fees, or receiving bank deductions.
CLH Web Security is not liable to pay any additional fees or charges imposed by payment gateways such as PayPal, Wise, wire transfers, or banks.
The net amount received by the affiliate may be slightly lower due to such deductions — we issue the full amount from our side.
