Welcome to the official FAQ page for the CLH Web Security Affiliate Program. Below are answers to the most commonly asked questions about our commission structure, payout process, eligibility, and more.

🔸 1. Who can join the CLH Web Security Affiliate Program?

Anyone with a relevant audience or platform can apply — including bloggers, YouTubers, influencers, marketers, and web developers.

However, you must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Minimum 10,000 YouTube subscribers, or
  • 10,000 followers on Instagram/Twitter/Facebook, or
  • A blog/website with 5,000+ monthly visitors

We may consider niche influencers with strong engagement even if they have lower numbers.

🔸 2. How much commission do I earn?

You earn a flat 10% commission on every valid sale through your affiliate link.
Example: If someone buys a plugin worth $60, you earn $6 USD.

Commission rates may change in the future with prior notice to affiliates.

🔸 3. When and how are commissions paid?

  • Payout Frequency: Monthly (1st–15th of each month)
  • Payout Methods:
    • India: UPI, Paytm, Bank Transfer
    • Outside India: PayPal, Wise, or Wire Transfer (SWIFT)

🔸 4. What is the commission validation period?

All referred sales are subject to a 14-day validation period to allow for refunds. Commissions become eligible after this period and are included in the next payout cycle.

🔸 5. Which currencies do you support?

  • All commissions are calculated in USD.
  • Indian affiliates receive INR based on the current USD→INR exchange rate.
  • International affiliates receive USD or converted local currency via the chosen payment method.

🔸 6. Are there any payout charges?

Yes. We pay out the full commission amount (e.g., $10 or ₹800), but:

  • Payment gateway fees, currency conversion charges, or bank deductions are not covered by us.
  • You’ll receive the net amount after third-party deductions (if any).

🔸 7. What happens if I enter the wrong payment information?

  • If your payout fails due to incorrect or outdated info, we’ll hold the payment until you update your details.
  • You may face delays or reprocessing fees, so keep your information accurate.

🔸 8. Can I refer myself or make fake purchases?

No. Self-referrals, fake sales, spam, or misleading promotions are strictly prohibited.

Accounts violating these rules will be:

  • Terminated
  • Commissions forfeited
  • Banned from future participation

🔸 9. Do I need to pay taxes?

  • Indian affiliates may be required to provide PAN or GST if applicable.
  • International affiliates are responsible for their local tax compliance.
